Auto inflate questions

I have an AMS LGX implant and it is just wonderful. However, I am thinking it has a tendency to auto inflate from time to time. I mentioned this to my doctor and he said this is very rare. I have a tight scrotum and wonder but doubt pressure could pump up the bulb non manually.
It just seems sometimes it gets more inflated than when I left it. I should add it takes me a while sometimes to get it completely deflated.
None of this causes me any issues at all. It actually is neat to go around with a semi erection when I had not planned it.

My real question is am I wearing this thing out prematurely? My doctor does not want this to be inflated more than the normal once every day or to two for sex and/or for growth extension of my penis, which I understand could take about a year. (my implant was 10/17/14)

I wouldn't worry about premature wear. I think your uro is a bit conservative. You should be able to use your implant as much as you would like. Auto inflation is actually quite common. I've seen it discussed on here many times. I also experience it once in a while.
