Uptdate 25 days after surgery implant Sex 1st time

Hi my Friends,

I had my surgery on January the 27th with Dr Karpman and I had sex for the first time on days 23, 24 and 25, It was 3 days in a row sex with a girl that came to visit me from another town. I had sex with this girl last time back in December with injections and she doesnt know about my implant. These are my conclusions about the event:

1. . She said very nice things about my penis , it is 1 inche shorter ( decreased from 6 to 5 inches) however has a very nice girtth. I cannot tell if she was being nice but kept saying nice things about my penis, probably she diddint realice there was a change.
2. She never realized I had surgery.
3. She really enjoyed sex these day (as in the past)
4. The first night it wasnt that hard but worked ok, next day I pumped harder.
5. After 3 days of sex hurts a Little, however, I dont remember having any pain during sex whith girl.
6. If I knew the implant was that good I would have done it yers ago. Its almost like natural sex, MUCH better tan injections so far.
7. I love it, however I want to wait more to have better and final conclusions.
8. Its very close to natual sex
9. I didnt like losing an inch but looks much better with new girth. I am working hard on the pump and I am convinced I will get it back, I think I got 1/8 inch back already.

Thanks for updating us. At this moment I have two questions. One, how did you go about inflating without your partner knowing? And two, how much girth do you think you gained, and could you describe it? Is it just wider, or fuller all the way around? Is it the increased rigidity that gives you more circumference?

I just go to the bathroom few minutes before having sex and inflate, if you had injections before, this is piece of cake. Eventually, I believe I will be able to do it while kissing my partner, remeber I have been inflating les tan 3 weeks!

The girth is wider all around, dont know how much, but looks better, not because of the rigidity, even soft its wider.

Hey ordinary guy, that's all good news, I'm glad its working out for you. I had my implant installed Jan 21 and have my 6 week closeout and activation appt. next Tuesday. They sent me home from the hospital with an annoying semi that sticks out straight forward, and I have tried several times to deflate the damn thing but no luck yet. So I'm not gonna try to inflate it till I know I can deflate it.

Maybe you can give me some advice. I have the AMS 700 LGX model which, given your increased girth, I assume you do too. As the swelling in my balls has gone down I can feel the pump pretty well. It seems to have a 'barrel' on the top, with the pump below it, right? And I feel a little button on each end of the barrel and I assume that is what you depress to deflate, right? I have squeezed those little buttons really hard with one hand while squeezing my penis with the other, but nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong?

I am a bit concerned about the loss in length. Before prostate cancer surgery I was 7, then 3.5 years later I was 6 by the time I had the implant. I'd prefer not to lose another inch. But guys say with time and daily pumping it returns close to pre-implant length. And with increased girth that ought to be a net gain.

I think I'll post my question in a new thread but would appreciate hearing back from you, or from any other guys who can offer helpful advice.

Hi Greywolf,

Yes, I have the same implant you have. I pressed the deflate button on the 8th day after surgery with the help of Dr, Karpman, it was very easy-,Just push it hard with your thumb, you are doing it right, however, there is only one button that goes across the barrel I understand you were cut on the scrotum, it takes longer to heal , I had the implant installed from above the penis. You need to have patience.

Hey man. So the pump bulb is mounted on top of a small almost rectangular shaped box or mound ("box"). The box has two small sides and two longer sides. The one round deflate button is located in the middle of one of the longer sides of the box. If you slide a finger along the surface of the longer sides of the box you'll feel it protruding out or up from the surface. Press that button hard and you'll feel the saline liquid draining from the cylinders as you watch your penis deflating. You may also hear a low hum or mechanical buzz sound as the saline drains.

MUCH thanks for the photo. I see my doctor on March 5th for activation. A little nervous, but at the same time, can't wait. I can feel the pump but have not tried it. The photo will be useful. I have been asked to give a talk about the procedure to a group of senior gay men. Plan to talk about why have it, how it works and how it feels. No photos of the actual surgery being done , just a few drawings

NEW UPDATE AT 5 WEEKS..today is 5 weeks after surgery. The first 2 weeks could not pump since it was too sore from the surgery,T he last 2 weeks I have been pumping very hard 3 times a day and it FINALLY GREW---1/4 of an inch. Its not much but I am confident it will continue growing. I am writing to give hope to everybody, just have to pump all the time, concéntrate on it and it will grow.
