Dear All ,
A Little bit about myself. I am a 27 Year Old Guy who has been diagnosed with every possible diagnosis that there is for ED.
From Low Testosterone Levels to Anxiety to Depression to "No Diagnosis".
I have spent the last 6 years trying to use viagra/cialis with mixed results but never gotten a full free standing erection.
My Problems started since I was a teenager and Ive never had a full free standing erection good enough for sex pretty much all my life.
It Always needs constant stimulation and is only possible when im lying down for a few seconds.
I have now shifted focus to VED and Injections but they ain't working that well for me either and I'm Considering having an implant.
I seek support from this forum in getting me to know about people with the Semi-Rigid Implant and some pictures if Possible.
I have been presented the following options looking at my budget constraints :
1. SSDA : Soft Silicone Subrini Concept Implant
2. Malleable Rods like the AMS 650 and DURA II
I would be highly great full to people on this forum having a semi rigid implant share their experiences and in talking to them.
Thanks Guys , Would Appreciate to hear soon from folks out here.

Save up some more and get an inflatable.

I agree with the two gentlemen above. Go inflatable. I have had mine for about 10 weeks. For me it is almost as good as the real thing and it is more reliable.
Total ED since a 6/2010 RPA. Pills and injections didn't work. 2nd revision with a Coloplast Titan (24CM w & 2CM RTEs)on 12/15/2022. 68 years old

Get what you can!! We all chose inflatables because we thought they were best and our circumstances allowed it. If you can't get the Buick by all means get the Chevrolet. As long as it gets you where you want to go. We all need to pursue our sexual happiness whatever way is available to us. I know beyond any doubt I would have been happy with a malleable at times I was attempting to perform with my wet noodle! Who knows for sure which is better? Only someone who has tried both. Bless you my friend. Be happy and satisfied!

The malleable implant has a higher risk for erosion when compared to the inflatable. Because you are 27, this is a serious concern for you and should eliminate the malleable as an option.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

The problem is that if you get the Chevrolet it's a virtual certainty that you will need or want to replace it down the road. Then you have the issue of two surgeries with all of the attendant risks, not to mention the cost of another surgery. There's also a good chance that you won't be happy with the malleable. It's worth waiting a while, saving some more money, and doing it right the first time.

Okay, so I'll admit that I'm not an expert. Seems unlikely at your age you'll get out of a second or even a third surgery no matter what you choose. Find a good DOCTOR and listen to his advice. Let's face it, if we were experts we would be getting paid for our advice and opinions. Do what's best for you and good luck to you!
