There's a kink in my hose !

I'm now 61 days post implant with the Titan. I'm mostly pain free but for one problem. I can't leave my penis in one position in my pants for extended periods. I can completely deflate and alternate left and right or partially inflate and maintain an upward bend. The only pain I get is right at the bent part. The cylinders feel like they are kinked, much like the kink in a garden hose. The resulting sharp edge seems to rub a sore spot inside. I remember someone mentioning the difference in material gauge between the Titan and the AMS that might make the latter more comfortable. Any observations or comments ?

I have little knowledge on AMS, but a bulge is not uncommon. I have one on right side, however when I start inflating it goes away and all is fine. i recently had some other unrelated urological problems and was looked at by a urology NP (lady). She had not seen a bulge in cylinders before and was really concerned that I had a serios problem and should go back to original surgeon. She decided to get second opinion so called in the head urologist/ surgeon who does AMS IPPs, He examined and assured her all was fine and it just happens sometimes. While I would like to not have the bulge, inflated device is the key to satisfaction and as good as my recovery was, I would not want to risk possible troubles by going for a try at correction. My bulge is not enough that I would call a kink and it is not sharp, just a little noticeable curve in cylinder when deflated. b

It's probably a fold.... Dr. Perito showed me on the model when I asked about it. Mine is irritated when I "dress left" so I keep it up and to the right when deflated...... Good luck...

I spoke to my doctor about this the day after my surgery.
His recommendation is to leave yourself 10%-20% inflated.
I got the sharp edge the one time I have been fully deflated since surgery.
It didn't feel very good.
Since then I make a point of it at about 10%.
