Are you satisfied with your length and girth?
Re: Are you satisfied with your length and girth?
I'm hoping that my erect size post implant will be like my erect size prior to the implant. Like somebody else said, I'm very proud of my size now although I can't get it up when I want to sometimes.

Yes - your post-implant length should be equal to (but not greater than) your pre-implant flaccid stretched length.

Well....got to try out my new 6" pole earlier this week and I must say everything went ok. I took a couple of tylanol and told the wife to take it easy before we started but other than that ,it was just like we were before the ED.........We tried many positions and I was able to do them all........So yes, I'm no porn star but it gets the job done.........P.S......kept waiting for it to go soft like it always does....But not this time.........I think those days are gone.

This morning I was cleaning old junk on my computer when I came across a bunch of XXX pix with my former GF from 5 years ago, before cancer surgery and implant. Without going into detail I'll just say that I'm now not much more than half of what I used to be. Despite the hardness I just can't get happy with this pre-pubescent little woody.

Re: Are you satisfied with your length and girth?
I am satisfied with my length and girth. I got my implant almost 3 months ago.
My length is 1/16" less than what I got with the VED and the girth is almost 1/4" less than the estimated VED girth.
For almost 4 years I rarely missed a day with the VED and I frequently took some Viagra as well. The point being, I had not lost much because of atrophy.

Total ED since a 6/2010 RPA. Pills and injections didn't work. 2nd revision with a Coloplast Titan (24CM w & 2CM RTEs)on 12/15/2022. 68 years old

Woodturner, you're very fortunate. I pumped at least 5 times/week in my 3.5 years post RP, but still lost an inch before implant. Then another 1.5" post implant. I have to conclude my surgeon put in tubes that were way too short.

Do the tips of the implant cylinders extend into the glans? Or do you have a "floppy head" ?

You guys who just got implanted.. Check this link out.
This study suggests using the Coloplast Titan IPP with aggressive cylinder sizing, and a postoperative penile rehabilitation inflation protocol may help optimize patient satisfaction and erectile penile measurements.

Sorry about the slow reply. I haven't been online a lot lately. The tubes of my implant extend up into the glands. I do not have floppy glands.
The surgeon was quite proud of his work especially with the placement of the tips in the glands and where he put the pump in at.
I did not have the problem a lot of people do with pulling on the pump and all of that.
However, do not get the idea that it was completely smooth and idyllic.
I had a lot of pain the first 2 weeks. My scrotum swelled up larger than a grapefruit, a lot of bruising and a lot of pain.
Avlis26's post pretty much describes to me what my surgeon did. Aggressive sizing, and he prescribed a postoperative inflation protocol for rehab purposes.
I was told to inflate daily to the point of uncomfortable and leave it that way for a minimum of 15 minutes.
I am of the opinion that my lost 1/4" is probably because the glands are not engorging.

Re: Are you satisfied with your length and girth?
you guys says that the implant size will be equal to penile stretched length, so when you stimulate your penis your glans will engorge and your penis will become the same length it was before surgery no?
