Hey Alishan I too am scheduled for implant surgery in May and I am also a young guy of 30 years. Honestly I don't have any experience with them, since I haven't been implanted yet, but from what I understand from many posts it's best to find an experienced doctor so that they can size the implant correctly and there isn't much loss in length. It would be great to keep in touch and give updates since we'll be going through it together. I'm getting really nervous as I said I hope not to lose any length but it will be great to never have this problem again and will be a huge weight off our shoulders. My anxiety has been through the roof for the past 10 years cause of Ed.

I'm getting it done in Stockholm, Sweden. And coincidentally my date of surgery is also May 20th. I'm also a bit concerned about length, but my surgeon told me that my size post-implant will be the same as my stretched penis in flaccid state, which I'm perfectly fine with. I'm more concerned about the pain post surgery, as I have a few things I wanna do 10 days after my surgery, really don't want to miss out on it.

Yes, I'm well aware, she has performed penile implantation alongside a few surgeons from the US, and everything she told me generally sounded really good. All young guys who were in my sitation were satisfied with getting the implant done with her.

Hey guys. Yesterday i get implanted with a Coloplast titan onte touch. Everything has been great by the moment. Pain is tolerable . The most painfull thing is to pee. I had 16cm of penile length before surgery and doctor told me that i didnt lose anything. They measured my peline length at the end of the surgery and it was exactly 16cm. So now. I need to wait 4 weeks to get activated and see the result. Cheers

Hey Alishan that's really cool we having surgery on the same day, keep in touch we can bring each other through the whole experience. I didn't have anything left to call a situation! Lol. I started with Ed at 21. The doctor said it was in my head gave me a script of Viagra and sent me on my way. Lasted for about half year then my body developed a tolerance to it and it no longer worked, so guess what's next...Levitra! Then come the bad boy Cialis. After all those became ineffective I tried a medication called Muse, it basically a supisotary you place deep inside your urethra and it causes an erection...ya didn't work! I couldn't get past shoving the device down my pee hole to disberse the pellet. So then comes the Tri-Mix injection. Really liked the injections while they worked but my body aquires a tolerance really quick. So while on the injections the Urologist sent me get a ultrasound. They shot me up with a Bi-Mix injection, which I told them it wasn't enough and nothing is gonna happen. I was injecting 1.5cc of Tri-Mix so I knew there Bi-Mix couldn't touch that dosage! They put this hard core porno on while this Indian doctor played with my penis with the doppler. As I laid there watching this chick get a whole fist up her ass and the doctor saying, Whoa she's getting it hard! I felt utterly hopeless and depressed. This Ed is not only a physical problem but it can fuck with you mentally as well. I had no reaction to the Bi-Mix and my penis laid there as it always did...Even with the ass fisting! So I went back to my Urologist and he said, You got a venous leak there's nothing I can do for you sorry get out my office. I wasted 11 years with this jackass. Hey Membrillo good to hear it went well! I'm not far behind you man, two more weeks. How the pump feels? Is it very noticeable? I'm still trying to figure out how I'm gonna explain the pump to women if they feel it in my sack. I might tell them it's an extra testicle and my nickname is ET because of it. I would be honest from the beginning of any relationship situation and say you have an implant. Saying you had a medical issue that caused ED and issues with all the treatments and you decided to get it fixed and now never an issue. I havent been tou hing the pump too much. But if you touch the scrotum you would notice it is hard. I think that if a girl touch it she is going to notice that you have something there
