How firm does the pens get after the implants are in ? on a scale of 1 to 10 - 10 being when we were 18 years old and could hammer nails with it ?
Does the head still get engorged ?

My glands don't engorge at all. However, Other than the glands I would give it a hardness score of either 10 or 10+

I have been implanted 5 days ago with a titan. It is partially inflated but is much harder than a natural erection. I dont really like that because is unnatural

Why not just pump it to an extent so that it is not too hard and feels close to the natural firmness?

I'm pretty firm; I'd say an eight. However, when erect I do hang at about four o'clock.

I have a Coloplast Titan - and it's ridiculously firm. 10/10

11/10 with titan otr when inflated to the max. I say 11 because it's harder than what you can get naturally. You can pump it to 9 or 10 though if you don't want it that hard.

When fully pumped, implants are harder than natural. You can pump it less, and will feel like natural hardness. If you have blood flow to the glans before being implanted, you will after being implanted as long as the surgery is done correctly. I highly recommend going with a top surgeon.
