My implant gives me a 10 and I am fortunate that my glans engorge as well. I have had no issue with vaginal or anal sex. Extremely pleased with my results.

Harder than an 18 year old hard on.
Glans is not quite as big but I can have sex for as long as I can hold out.
Not as sensitive but that may be because I'm 66 years old
