Hello to All. Thanks for taking the time to read my thoughts and query.
Me: 61yo, male, prostate cancer treated with Proton radiation 2006, Early on, no side effects. After 3 years, some ED issues appeared. Been through all of the ED pumps, drugs (V,C,L) of varying mg, Tantra, body realization, massage, you name it.
Wound up moving to Injections. I'm a relative new comer (doh) to injection. about 9 months. I've learned at lot during that time. Everyone is different, couldn't be more to the truth. Time of day, rested/exhausted, hormone levels, Lady in Waiting desires.... all effect dosing amount, time erect, ..... you know the drill. Sometimes "this" dose gives me 10 mins, other times, an hour. I do know I enjoy more time erect, with no worries about performance. While enjoying a short interlude, the 2 to 3 hour throbbing hard erection does have it's place. It's never 3 hours of actions.... Just happy being a full Man is awesome. Used or admired, I enjoy being erect. too many years without it.
So, to my question.... Does an Implant at max pumped capacity "throb"? I think, because there's no blood involved, No. But, I had to ask. Maybe no throb is better. If, the erection is of 9 or 10 out of 10 quality.
Thank You.
Carl

Re: Injection vs Implant
Well everyone's dick and experience is different but for me I've tried max dosage of caverject, bimix, trimix and quadmix and none could come close to the firmness of an IPP. On a scale of 1 to 10 my erection is now an 11. My only complaint is that my glands don't really engorge or get too hard but since you don't really need that for penetration it doesn't really bother me too much.

Hello Carl.
I think I can offer you some of my personal experiences with injections. I developed Ed at a young age 21. I was put on every medication in the book. Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, Muse, Tri-Mix, and the VED. Eventually my body developed a tolerance for these drugs and I was taking more and more for an effect, until one day nothing! I'm still very young for Ed, 33, but I just got implanted with an IPP one week ago. My best advice for you is to start considering it and don't be blindsided like I was. I was taking anywhere from 1.5-2.0 cc of Tri-Mix for an erection. This worried me every time, I remember saying the Our Father prayer a few times while injecting. I would get extremely light headed and even blacked out a few times, and always got the bad headaches! This was so dangerous but I had no other option. The urologist I was seeing at the time was a leach and only wanted to suck money out from me. He could of killed me but I'm blessed now I have no fears anymore of using these dangerous compounds. Now I did enjoy injecting for awhile and even had the nickname dickgod cause I would go all night with injections. Lol. Oh yes, the throbbing! I think the throbbing is from the cavernosa stretching from being erect for a long time and the pump would have the same effect if you would leave it stretched. So my opinion is you would still feel the throbbing with IPP. So finally I became very concerned for my health and worried I pursued a second opinion from a well known, well established, and published urological surgeon. Dr. Gerard Henry has been a blessing to me and said I'm gonna change your life! He implanted me and so far I haven't looked back! I can't wait to use it and start my life again! Thanks Dr. Henry! Hope my opinion helps. I would start considering an IPP. Take care. God bless!
