Does Medicare pay anything on costs of penile implant? How about Blue cross Blue Shield of Texas?

Not sure about your insurance, but I know personally that both IPP manufactures will do financing. Where in TX? DFW area here.

I am on Medicare and have texanplus supplement and the bills are coming in. The hospital bill was $155 all other charges were $0 and doctors final bill will be less then the $200 deposit I gave prior to the implant. I had to jump thru a bunch of hoops and get myself in the right network , but I ended up with the doctor I wanted and implant I can live with.

I had Medicare and Alabama Blue Cross Blue Shield as my supplementary. I paid zero for my implant done by Dr. Douglas Milam at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in May 2014,
