I feel you man, big big decision, but unfortunately, considering the situation, it's not like we have very many options.

Thank you for reinforcing that it isn't purely a mechanical device- this is by far my biggest fear; that when I'm not having intercourse / pumped up I won't be in the moment desiring the other person when I see, touch, kiss and feel attractive her or look into her eyes at the dinner table. It will be great to know that I can get it up at the end the night but that's more on the psycholigcal / mechanical side of things than something that enhances one's physiological / aroused state. I'm hoping that I'll be walking around with a real desire to 'pump up' my implant and that if I'm looking/touching/kissing, etc. an attractive women she will feel this connection - is this possible say at a bar if your dick isn't getting harder without pumping?
- this is by far my biggest anxiety with regards to my ED - I currently feel a lack of connection sexually say if I'm making out with a woman (and not pumped up on oral meds) because if I'm not 'getting hard' I'm nit really in it / truly horny. I just want to make sure I make the right decision.

I've always been very horny, including when I had ED problems, and when I didn't have them. My libido has been pretty much the same.
Funny9097 wrote:I find this interesting - I'm wondering what you're symptoms were when you had ED.
For me I have poor circulation to my penis (likely peyronie's, etc.) which is making it small (and hard) when non erect or 'flaccid'. If I 'flex' my penis muscle hardly any blood flows in. Before I would get boners from seeing/thinking about a hot girl in class or when walking down the street, or watching a sex scene in a movie, or a maxim magazine even. Now I have difficulty getting anything from porn (and I'm not a big porn user or anything).
On Cialis when it works the erection ability comes back, but the effectiveness and reliability I am having with Cialis is fading . If I'm with a girl the extent to which I'm horny is largely equal to the size of my erection or that feeling my penis is telling me that if I start kissing her it's going to get hard and stay that way until a job well done. If the erection ability is not present I don't really feel horny.
Isn't this the same with everyone? Pockie - I guess I'm defining horniness as arousal - if the arousal isn't there you don't get really horny in a night club, or watching something erotic, etc.
Sorry for the continued discussion on this topic - I'm interested largely to better understand my own sexuality / libido as well as to get a clear sense of expectations with the implant.pockie wrote:

I see you just had yours though so this isn't first hand experience I'd assume.. hopefully people with experience here can chime in
I do need to keep this positive mindset, in general
