So sorry to hear what you are going through. Hopefully local care of wound and antibiotics will work. No re surgery. just sent off a prayer for you.

Well, guess it comes outfor awhile. Dr thinks their is infection somewherein implant due to lengtb of time fighting infection with 2 antibiotics. Take it out tomorrow afternoon and clear all up and in 90 days go back in. Dr getting a vac to use after cleared up so as to maintain as much length as possible. He's pretty sure that we can maintain most of what we have.......paint me skeptical.......

Will know more tomorrow about it all.......

So sorry to hear that but makes sense since not getting better. Delaying or additional meds unlikely to fix the infection. Hopefully it will be an uneventful and quick 90 days. Keep us updated. Prayers said for a quick recovery.
