angle of the dangle
I was implanted 6/1/15 with AMS 700 CX and so far I am able to have and enjoy sex whenever I want. Now for the question, when I pump up as much as I can (pump still hard as rock) my penis stands straight out, but can't hold towel and before the implant when working it was slapping my stomach how far up does your penis stand up.

If 3 oclock is straight out parallel to floor I am between 1 and 2 oclock. I havent tried to hang towels but works for intercourse perfectly! Many of the online videos show what you are describing at 3 oclock. Mine being up more could be related to some scarring and upward bend I had related to injections. Dr Kramer fixed some of that in surgery but there may still be some scarring. Check out the inflation videos from some of the docs showing their results with guy standing where many show horizontal when inflated. Hard to tell when videos shot with patient on the operating room table.

Getting implanted tomorrow - hoping for that 1-2 o'clock angle - it's one of my "requests" although I'm not sure there's much the doc can actually do about it - probably more your anatomy than anything else - but what the heck - can't hurt to ask.

I had peyronies in my 30's with a left bend halfway up my penis which spontaneously corrected itself after a year. So if I come out of this procedure with a straight stiff dick the angle is not that important to me (or my wife).
Age 68 - AMS LGX 12+2cm. Lost over an inch from pre-ED length but thicker for what it's worth (not much). ED result of heart meds.

Mine is at about 4 o'clock..... It works very well and I am so glad I had it done, even though I had to have it done twice. I am 64 years old and have not had this much fun in decades!

Implanted July 2nd. Got activated today. Mine is at about 2 o'clock pumped up. Hangs at between 4 and 5 deflated. Definitely a 'shower' now. 
57 yr old living in Lancaster County, PA. ED for the past 10 yrs. Bionic on July 2, 2015. 22cm Titan OTR. Dr Garber in Philadelphia did the surgery.
