Well guys it's three days out and things are generally ok except for the swelling of the scrotum. How long does it take for the swelling to subside? At first right after the procedure I could feel the pimp but now it's tough to find. I'm trying to take it easy and wear the jockstrap, but so far same swelling. Thanks as always guys, and best of luck to all!

Good to hear things are goinng well. My swelling was largely gone by 2-3 weeks and completely gone by 6 weeks. Everyone is different and the more you lay around and the less you walk around for the first 1-2 weeks the quicker it will go down. The first few days and weeks are crucial to listen to the liftinng and activity restrictions Dr Kramer gives even if you are feeling OK. Sounds like you are on the road to recovery. Congrats.

You probably are already using it but an ice pack is your best buddy for the first 4 or 5 days. I had 3 they gave me from surgery and just kept filling them and kept one on my scrotum as much as possible. I stopped sleeping with one after 3 days but during the day had one down my shorts pretty much at all times. One week out i had virtually zero swelling and no pain unless i bumped something. Instructions on the ice pack said 20 minutes on and 20 off then repeat. My doc said that was a load of crap and to keep them on. Since he's done a few thousand of these i figured he knew what he was talking about.
Things will continue to improve every day for you. It wont be long till you get to take it for a test drive! :)
All the best to you
Mick

Fellow Kramer implantee here. By day 4/5 my swelling went away. Remember he told you not to play with it for 4-6 weeks? If you cheat (like I did) it can come back (like it did for me week 3). But keep icing. People say icing is only good for the first couple days. I disagree. I did it for a week, and then a little bit more week 3. I'll keep checking in, and congrats!

Well, seven weeks post op here, and everything is fine. Dr. Kramer, as evidenced by the many comments on this site, did an excellent, caring job. He's always available for questions that arise and answers his emails and phone calls quickly. My pump is riding a bit high, and it seems a little difficult to grasp the tubing since that part of the pump sits right where the stitches were...I think the whole rig will lower itself in time, but there seems to be some kind of thickening or mass on the top of it. I'll see the doc Wednesday and see whats what. Other than that, and a bit of shortening, I've pumped and released every day and the hardness is remarkable. I've heard it really takes months to regain length, so I'll be patient with that part of the process.
I have to say the intangibles, the feeling of being ready whenever, the new feeling of fullness, and the lack of pills, injections, VED, etc. are priceless. I only wish I hadn't waited so long. Good luck to all the brothers out there! This forum is a Godsend!
