lifting restriction

I was reading over my pre-op instructions and they say after surgery I will be limited to lifting 20 pounds for two weeks. That sure seems like a lot less restriction than what other guys are talking about here on the forum. In one post I read 5 pounds for 30 days. So what restrictions did your Doc put on after your procedure? Honestly would any of you been comfortable lifting 20 pounds after two weeks? I bet the answer is no. Maybe it has to do with how they do the surgery - my doctor uses the pubic rather than scrotal incision.
Age 68 - AMS LGX 12+2cm. Lost over an inch from pre-ED length but thicker for what it's worth (not much). ED result of heart meds.

Mine said half gallon milk or less one month so 4-5#.
66 year old with ED intermittently for years and consistently for the 2 years before implant. Tried everything. AMS CX 21cm+1 cm RTEs Dr Kramer 4/29/2015.
Revision 5/3/2021 AMS CX 700 21cm+2 cm RTEs.
Revision 2022 Titan XL 24 cm no RTEs.

I will make sure my wife gets this message rather than 20 pounds for two weeks. :D
