3 Years later
Hello all.........On September 11, I celebrated my 3 year anniversary with my implant. Three years prior, I had prostate cancer and had the prostate removed. That left me impotent, thus the implant 3 years after prostate surgery. I am so happy to tell you guys that it is/was the best decision of my life. My wife left me just prior to the implant surgery.....said it had nothing to do with my inability to perform.......so I had a lot going on mentally. Today, three years later, I am dating again, having sex whenever I want, and have even started to orgasm when the time is right. If any of you are afraid, or wondering, just know that after it's all done, after you're all healed, and after you get used to it, the implant is the best thing that medicine can do for us. Go for it. You will never regret it.

There has been quite a discussion on FT as to whether you should tell your partner you have an IPP. Especially on casual affairs. Since you have been using it for 3 years what has been your experience,do you let them know or do you keep it a secret?

Seconded - we'd love to know your strategy with new/casual encounters. Has the pump become malleable enough that you can pump up with one hand? How about through jeans?
