Penis not round anymore

The nerves get really screwed up (technical terminology) immediately after surgery. I couldn't feel anything on the top side the first eight weeks on the lower side was absurdly oversensitive. Give it time and everything will mellow out (more technical terminology). It gets continuously better with time.

if a flaccid penis looked strange, and that was my main complaint, I'd be happy. No, I don't go into the gym showers anymore, because it is an eye catcher. And I was curious last week when I was in the hospital, had to have a catheter, as to nurses reactions when inserting, etc. Well, they're professionals, so I saw no reactions at all. But You're silly about a lady being repulsed. When it's erect and doing a great job, well, she couldn't care less about flaccid.
