I'm a surgeon- I researched everyone very extensively and went to Dr. Kramer after doing tons of research. His 100 videos showing the surgery convinced me that his hands were the best (I guess I never saw anyone else operate so hard to judge). Was very happy with him and result. However I'm not a urologist. Would be ironic somewhat to have a urologist then go get an implant, but I'm sure it's happened.

I would agree you about the videos. I have done non urologic surgery as well as assisted on many non urologic procedures. I watched many of the implant videos available from others and watching Dr Kramer's hands in his videos is like watching an artist at work. Very smooth, non jerky or rough with efficiency of movement. Hard to put into words but very different than some other implant videos on the web. Likely why I had so little bruising and swelling. Watch his videos then call him and you will be even more impressed.
