I joined today because not a lot of guys I feel I can share with this. None really. Question is about glans/head engorgememt. Surgeon said he could go back in reseat it like a true mushroom cap and use cialis for blood flow. Has everyone lost engorged head? What about sensation. Thanks, Kl

My first procedure (back in June, 2011) resulted in "floppy head" and lost of engorged head, so I went back under thescalpel in December, 2011. My doctor did something called a bilateral corporoplasty (from what he told me, he literally burrowed into my glans so the cylinders pushed farther in). The second op fixed me right up. I had no trouble with my head, and did not need cialis to pump up a good stiffy with a fine, engorged head. Hope this information is helpful.

I get only a slight glans engorgement with arousal, but the cylinders tiips extend well into my glans so it is well supported, even if a bit soft. I have no problem with sensation. I don't take any pills. They quit working a long time ago.

This is interesting for me, as I do have a floppy also. Strange, but it's pretty firm when flaccid. Can't figure that out. I hear that one remedy is to inject with collagen, and works well, but only lasts a yr. Don't know about costs. As I'm discontent with my size loss, I wonder if there would be any significant gain in working on the glans. Probably not, but I'm still thinkin. I think I will try the Cialis--they did work pretty well for me, but the Peyronie's caused too much pain, hence, the implant.

Just was inflated on the 15th, my observations are that my cylinders when inflated lift the glans up. However when aroused I experience what I call a "Glans Erection", it get bigger from the head running to my base.

I had the Titan implant after a bout with Peyronies and found that the glans does not engorge where it would cause more sensation. Tried Cialis and it helps a little but don't get the shiny head as before. Injections of collagen I heard would help engorge the glans but would have to have it repeated with $$$.

I need lot of stim and time to come to a satisfied climax but think that the engorged glans is what is important and not necessarily length.

they are quite right about having to repeat the injections. I had in surgery 4 treatments for another condition of 1 cc of Radiese each surgery so I could speak. The doctor told me they normally last from 15 to 24 months. My body would absorb it within 2 weeks and I would be the same as before the injection. I do know for the glans there are fat transfer surgeries too where they take a piece of fat from your thigh and put it under the glans cap. Do not know if that would be absorbed if you lose weight or not. You may have better luck with viagra or levitra instead of cialis. I have taken 20mg of Cialis per day for years. The other 2 work better "down there" though nothing gives me an erection any more, but both give me odd vision and a backache too. Cialis only serves to help keep my B.P. in check now. I have had several people tell me that Cialis quit working for them over time as have some other erectal disfunction treatments. d

Hardrod, I have to wonder if there is a way for them to test the blood flow to your glans? There are actually 3 cavernosas in the penis. The left and right are the ones they cram the implants into, but the third one around the urethra which I understand feeds the glans is left untouched. At any point, the glans will not engorge if you are not "stimulated". I have tried a lot of crazy $#it trying to get my wanker working over the last 18 years and have injected trimix into the glans before. That might be one way to see if the blood flow is still intact. You might suggest that to your doc if you have one open to discussion and not a know it all quack. be well. d

After pumping up my titan one touch I can see that the head is not as full as it should be. The only remedy I have found ,not to sound vulgar, is for my significant other to give me a blowjob for about 10 minutes.
After that the head is as big as it ever was.
The suction and stimulation apparently greatly increases blood flow.
