Sorry forgot to say: No not really cycling.. Only pumped up twice by surgeon, and twice by be. Bloody painful still, aches like hell once deflated.
Maybe I need to cycle it much more (?) and if so how many times a day and how long.

I'm a real Newbi I'm afraid and very limited info from surgeon.

I can get it really flaccid in bed and laying down, but when I stand up it partly fill up again! Maybe I have a sticky OTR valve.

Lay back and deflate fully with a lingering death grip on your penis until it's completely flat. Then with one quick, shallow burst, squeeze the pump bulb to pop the lockout valve. You will feel it. Be sure not to continue squeezing so as to avoid inflaming, It takes practice... This keeps the drain-back effect from the reservoir happening and should solve your issue...

I am now 4 months post op. I initially had similar problems. Mine ached terribly when i deflated it at first then abit later it would fill back partially on its own. Now its just part of me and feels great no matter what i do with it. What hard drive says works for me too. Deflate then give it one quick pump to 'set' the valve. A few more weeks and it will feel a lot better. As for how to wear it. I was fully inflated the first 10 weeks. I wore a jockstrap or snug briefs with it pointed up. Had a definite bulge. Since i never had a bulge before i was kind of enjoying it. Never had any odd looks for it i am aware of. Just enjoy the ride for now!
Also i cycle mine at least once a day for near an hour. I wake up, pee then pump it up and leave while shower, shave, dress, have breakfast. Let it down just before i go to work.
