Atrophy -- has it occurred?

Have here. 3 months after the prostatectomy Dr. Brandes told me it had begun and I would already be losing length that could never be regained. Weenies like blood flow. That was 6 years 3 months ago. d

I have taken time off from pumping for surgeries and because I just plain old burned out from pumping 2x a day 365 days a year. After 1 series of surgeries I took off 3 months, then 1 month. lost 1/2" never got it back. The past 1 1/2 years I was burned out on pumping and bummed about not being able to get an implant and quit except for maybe 4 times in a year. Lost another 1/4" . Since this train wreck started in 1997: In 2001 I gave away the pump cylinder I had because I would hit the end every time and it would try to suck the glans right at my pee hole into the tube orifice. That hurt .That cylinder was 9" so i can say I had 9". 2 months ago I could get 7 1/4 on a good day, 6 1/2" if I put no effort or time in it like a low pressure 2 minute pump. I pump for no longer than10 minutes. I have scratch marks on my tube where I have noted lengths at different time. 2 years ago I was 7 1/2" Just measured the mark. Tells you how messed up ED can make you when you have been marking a cylinder for years. My marks are actually a stopping point. I know when I pump to that mark I will get no further no matter how much more I pump. I Quit again about 3 weeks ago when it looked very clear I would again not get an implant. I have not been able to get but 7" so far since I started pumping again this week. Personally I would say the longer you are off , the more you lose. Dr. Brandes warned me of that but like I said, I burned out. Pump every morning and every evening for 800 days, wear out several pumps and it gets old. You may or may not pump. I do not know but it is the same thing with Ed either way. It has to get stretched and it has to get blood in it or you lose. Shots never helped in that regard when they did make it hard. Erection after a shot was never as big as natural was nor as long or round as pumped. d
