I found these briefs are the best with an implant. The horizontal opening is easier to get the new bionic pecker out. Tommy John also makes them but more expensive.

I have always worn my penis up due to being a shower and longer flaccid length that is noticeable down on pant leg if hanging. Never thought about it in my youth but when the Internet came along and underwear wearing guys were on underwear ads showed many wearing penis down even in briefs I realized I was different than many. Then I got the implant and I am close to my previous erect length presurgery even when flaccid and find wearing up is the only non embarrassing way for me to wear pants. No commando for me out in public without stares. That said someone on the website here recommended David Archy Micro modal separate pouch briefs that have a sac for scrotum and a separate pouch for penis that holds it up and supports everything. Also not like some briefs that have no opening to urinate this has a horizontal opening at base that lets you unzip and the pull it out to urinate easily.Everyone is different but I love these and have tried many types to hold me comfortably in place. Wife says she misses me rearranging while driving and sitting.....not.
