Manuka honey was what I found in research years ago but since found any will do. Honey has a unique anti bacterial property that it will never go bad. If it crystalizes all you have to do is heat it to reconstitute it. My medical honey has been on the shelf for years and still looks fine. d

Thanks alibaba. I was also thinking of Manuka as well. My mother-in-law loves it and introduced it to me. Not sure it would last on my shelf for years though, probably just days or a couple of weeks :lol:
