No, it's not a monster, in fact it's not what most women refer to as "Hung". My wife complains that it's too small since the implant and we have difficulties because of the loss. I feel like a micro-penis man now. The reason being that the implant wasn't installed properly, and I can't use most of it. The tubes exit from the side of the penis rather that the bottom, and they are approximately 3.5" from the tip, next... the pump is sewn high up in the scrotum with short tubes. I can't use most of my penis because I can't shove all that gear inside a vagina. Because the tubes are short, I'd have to be able to drag the pump inside too.

I went to the doctor 2 days ago requesting a revision for longer tubes, and to free the pump so it will drop to the bottom of my scrotum. This would allow me to use the rest of my length. The doctor said it's not possible because the tubes come from the factory attached and only one length of tube fits all. I'm going to contact Coloplast to confirm, but I think he's just so arrogant that he doesn't want to make any adjustments.

I wish I had a monster, but seriously... If you can't use it, what good is it?

Actually I'm not happy with the result. It's not because of the length, but because of the usable length. I can't stress enough to research your surgeon's experience and method of installing the equipment. I'm fighting to get a revision for mine and it's proving to be a hard fight.
