How hard are you..... Really. Don't dress it up

I have never tried to dress 'it' up to increase hardness but I can get as rigid as tri-mix shots would get me and although it has been a long time I think it is close to what I had with the best natural erection.

Almost too hard...if i get an erection in addition to the implant, it seems softer, or at least the original erection is surrounded by some blood.

I had a call from a guy 8 days ago who had 5 implants and soon will go six due to an issue. Aware of several more from 2-8. Nice thing if it is just a failure issue, most go up a size each time. If it is an infection issue they usually lose some.

I should have asked for responses on what kind of implant you have too. Who has a limber AMS or Coloplast? Whose AMS or Coloplast is like a steel ram?

That would be mine. Coloplast Titan Touch Zero Degree. It is far more rigid than any natural erection that I ever had. My wife likes it also because she says that it goes in smoother since it is so hard. And that was pumping it half way.

I also have exactly the same implant 18cm + 3cm RTEs. My experience feels different as it is hard but doesn't 'feel' rock hard. Could be just perception (one way or another).

I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan in December 2007 and can honestly say that every time I pumped it up over the course of the last 8 years I achieved a rock-hard erection.
One of the main reasons I opted for the Titan is the material of construction (Bioflex) which is a supple yet durable biopolymer material.

Moetheman, I have just made an interesting observation.
I have up till yesterday had exact the same feeling as you. Touching my inflated dick, it feels like a baton you could hurt someone with.
But when having sex, it arguably felt softer than my best natural erection. Most of all it just felt numb. Neither hard nor soft.
Yesterday though, 7 weeks post op, sex felt different. It felt like the old natural feeling (on a good day) of really being rock hard. Where you feel the penis stretch and push against the inside of the woman. It felt great and was a whole lot more pleasurable for me.

I have noticed less sensation since the surgery. It has not negativey affected my ability to reach orgasm, but I've just been sort of numb. This has slowly improved. I still think I have some of this numbness, but maybe the reason why I haven't really felt as hard as I am is because of the numbness. Maybe it just tipped over the limit now for where I really start to feel how hard I actually am.
Don't know. But I hope so. And I hope that feeling of hardness continues to strengthen even more as the numbness continues to go away.
If so, I am one step closer to dust off that Hallelujah chant...
