How do I know if my implant was "undersized"?

Alibaba I'm really surprised why Milam kept saying you'll lose size. Was there something unique in your case? There are others (like hard drive) who swear by Milam. In my case I went with a relatively unknown surgeon so can kind of understand that I didn't get the best result but frankly it could have been even worse. However I would have expected more from Milam. It just seems that you were operated by Milam from a parallel universe

As for the LGX not expanding at all, I don't understand the reasons again. I know it's probably difficult to increase the length by 20% but I would have expected some increase from cycling, especially for someone who is undersized. I think with Kramer and Eid's agressive sizing an LGX probably won't increase in length much due to lack of penile length available to accommodate further increases. I wonder if that's why Eid told Merrix not to expect much increase in length recently (though he has a Titan) as he's probably maxed out (or close to) to the extent of his anatomy now.

However Merrix's suggestion seems plausible that your cylinders are not inflating properly. With 140 pumps I'm sure they should practically explode (if it were even possible to apply that much pressure on the pump). I seriously struggle with inflating my titan any further after 15-20 pumps. I end up having to use both hands for the last few squeezes and I'm not a weak guy.

I think the plan all along was no tip extenders and feel he knew there is less resistance so the expansion would be in the perineal area rather than penis which is where I am at. Just my thought. He won't discuss. I'm not pushing it. I'm moving on and it is not his direction again. This is all speculation. I have no real answers. If the guy tells me he won't discuss it, that means there are no answers. I originally thought it was ass covering as every other doc told me " i MIGHT lose size". Milam said I Will lose size. Who knows, maybe it's the same mindset as one doc who told us "that people with HIV should never be allowed to have sex. I do not know. I've more questions than answers but will go to the next doc with a list of concerns. We go through them one by one or I leave. I've talked to one of his patients and they say he will work through it or send me to someone who will. I can find many interesting things to do in the big city to not waste a trip.

I don't know where that doctor who says the LGX (called something else during earlier years) doesn't expand in length when inflated is coming from, because I'm on my third one and they all expanded considerably in length. My first one lasted approximately three and a half years and the second lasted fourteen. The first two - and this present one - when inflated were/are as long as my natural one ever was.

Dr Milam did my implant he said what you have is all you get for size before implanting a LGX. Went for post operative checkups and haven't seen him since. If i need any post operative care will not go back to him. Saw his nurse assistant she is about as engaging as a dead fish. If you need a good surgeon he did a good job but you need to communiicate post operative you would have a better chance of talikng to the president.,He told me before surgery that he will take care of me and he did but any further questions since go unanswered.I ask my urologist the questions that I should be asking Milam. He is out of sight and unconcerned after surgery.
