Only con I can think of is he only does infrapubic. If his work is like mine, I would not want it done that way. The tubes are a nuisance, they are kinked all the time so the only way to pump is you have to constantly wiggle the pump and your dick to pump past the kinks. Loose dick length being tubes on top hold the hide out about 3/4". Changes the feel of bumping up against too. Other than that I hear good things. I want my implant out and put in scrotally.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Dr. Perito did my procedure about 18 months ago. He is as good as it gets....first class all the way. I had very little pain, and no complications whatever. Dr. P. asked me to send pics via cell phone, and thus saved a lot of expense and travel. He was most accommodating in providing my wife, who is also an M.D, with a stitch removal kit, so she could take care of that, without me having to return to Coral Gables. He gets it done very quickly, thus reducing the possibility of infection - very important for me, being diabetic. The only bad part of my whole trip was Coral Gables Hospital -- absolutely terrible for me. My wife was with me the whole time, and she had some big time arguments with nursing staff there. Try to get him to do it elsewhere. All being said - Dr. P. is great. If you have any particular questions, let me know, and I'll be glad to help.

Good Luck

Charlie

I agree with Alibaba, scrotal is the only way to go. I told my Dr's if they couldn't do it, forget it! I've been opened up four times, and all scrotal. No tubing problems at all. I have a friend from this site who had the pubic approach, and he hates it.

To provide a counter-balance, I had a failed Titan implant and a successful LGX, both infra-pubic. Mine wasn't done by a super-star surgeon but she seems to have done everything right, and I've had none of the problems that others talk about with the LGX. 3 ½ months out, both my wife and I are very pleased.

The con might be a personal criminal record and a few lawsuits with bad outcomes. Positives are high volume guy. Honestly, I wouldn't care about the bad press, if he can operate then so be it. I'm just giving you all the info

I had my Titan Zero Degree done infrapubic and I couldn't be happier. The Titan's tend to have a difficult start with pumping, but that has nothing to do with the method of surgery. Never had any kinks on the tubes or anything like that.

Dr. Perito is a high volume surgeon not known for modesty. I looked up his complaint record with the Florida Department of Health. He's had two complaints filed against him--one in 2011 for some type of prescription drug infraction and the other in 2004, but the website doesn't specify why. I've been treated by doctors who were disciplined every ten years or so; still pretty good odds.

These two Miami tabloids were pretty rough on him regarding tow separate incidents in which a man eventually had to have his penis removed:

If I was close to him, I would use him.
