Had surgery yesterday and I am dispatched from the hospital as I write this. I have already located and used my pump. had it inflated as much as I could stand all throughout last night. I deflated some an hour ago then pumped it back up. I am not feeling too much pain. The pump also isn't as bug as I was thinking it would be in my sac.

I was implanted with a 24cm ams cx with some extenders. I don't have a tape rule with me but I am guessing my length at 8" from the pubic bone and around 6.25-6.5" girth around.

I had serious scarring from past priapisms and so the dr performing the surgery said it was one of his hardest surgeries. Everything looks good to me and I should be gaining a slight bit of length as well as some more girth. This thing is a hardened pole! Very firm and thick. Plus it looks natural when fully deflated unlike the Titan.

I have moved my pump to the back and sincey balls naturally hang it is hard to know a pump is in there. Can't wait till it does t hurt to start using this thing!

I'm on day 3 post op and I am very swollen. It's hard to get a proper length measurement but I am 6.5" from where they shaved me. After swelling I will probably be about 8 or just under measured from the pubic bone. My girth is 6.25 but I can hardly pump this thing up due to the pain. Girth pre-op was 5-5.25 and my stretched length was 8.5 or a little bigger than a paper towel roll.

I have been pumping up to where it hurts, leaving it, then pumping down. My scrotum is very swollen, much more than my last post. I still think that when all is said and done, a woman would have to know what she was looking for to find my pump the way I have it situated over my left nut.

I had 2 incisions, one on the infrapubic and the other was along the bottom of my shaft due to severe scaring. Very sore and tender.

My Dr was Dr.Edward Karpman. Coolest Dr I ever met. Very honest with my scarring and how difficult it was for him, very easy going and showed me how to pump it right away. I wanted the LGX and he had originally custom ordered the 24cm LGX but went lengths to grill the reps at AMS about how rigid that cylinder length would be. He then told me pre-op that I should go with the 24cm CX because I would not be satisfied with a 24cm LGX and using a 21cm LGX with 7.5cm of tip extenders wasn't a good idea either. I took his advice and all looks well so far. I have lost length but I definitely gained girth.

I do think that as I cycle this pump to its max and leave it there for hours a day (which is what Dr.Karpman wants), I will see a slight gain in length and more girth gains.

I had my surgery on 6/15 and saw my surgeon the next day to remove the Cath. I asked about pumping and pulling on the pump and he said leave it alone and come back in three weeks. I has pre-existing Peyronies and have a great deal of discomfort which I attribute to stretching the prior fibrotic area. I was surprised to read that your surgeon has you inflating and deflating it.

If you want to get the biggest size out of your penis I'd suggest keeping it pumped from surgery (if you can stand that) or to cycle like I did. I had an infrapubic approach so my pain is minimal. It still exists however. I never had a cath, thank god... ouch!

I have yet to get this thing fully inflated due to the pain of it stretching everything out. I would start to pull down my pump each day so it doesn't stay high once the scar tissue develops. You want it easily accessible.

I have to see the Dr. in 2 weeks or so for a full inflation.

A month from now and I should have no pain and be ready for sex.
