Did your doctor ask you to try another alternative
Something like penile injection theraphy
If you have psyhological ed maybe your best option
Is psyhologist who are specialized for psyhological
Erectile dysfunction
And i dont want to be rood or something
But why you think that you need penile implant
You are not doc
And these is permanent
Belive me i think about every option to cure my
Defect and to get back my life again
But then i realize that whit overthinking
I do myself more damage(stress) then good
Find yourself good doctor
And listen to him
People here have different stories and different experiance
But everyone here is unique case

I've taken cialis, viagra, staxyn as well as injections off and on for 10 years. Results are mixed. He put me back on cialis daily for 30 days. My gut is telling me I need an implant. Well see.

How do injections work for you ?

So... You don't have ed but you have a venous leakage... Do you see it doesn't make sense what you say? Also, you seem to have an hard on for an implant, when apparently you have a treatable problem with other less invasive therapies something you are not telling us?

After certain people told me they confused with my diagnosis of having great veinous blood flow. However, I know the challenges I have with pills, pumps, injections etc. I'm relieved to find out that Dr Eid is as ethical as possible. With that said I'm going to try doing cialis daily for 30 days. And get a sex therapist. If all fails I am not against getting the implant.

I'm sorry to sound superficial but I love the additional benefits of exposing more of my true length, increasing my virth, being a shower (finally) not a grower, I'll have one of the best surgeons who won't compromise my length and insurance pays for it.
Implanted with Titan 1/15/19 with Dr. Eid.
6-length 4.5-girth.

Actually, Vagabond did "tell" us that...

To me the above declaration sounds like someone with ED. I'm not a doctor but I believe there are numerous medical causes for ED including: diabetes, heart disease, clogged blood vessels, high cholesterol, injury, etc. Vagabond reported that a doctor says he has great blood flow. That notwithstanding, he may still have ED, with the cause undetermined.

Vagabond127 wrote:So I'm all set to have the surgery and my Doctor says I have great blood flow. He wants me to REALLY think about it. I'm interested in the surgery because my erections are sporadic, I have performance anxiety, erections aren't super hard and I have a size complex. I like the fact of erections on demand, increase in girth, super hard erections, being a shower not a grower and the decision that an erection with an implant will be longer than presently.

I am going to think about but I'm pretty sure it's a go. Anybody else have this situation??

What do I do? I can really use some feedback

Vagabond,

Here is my take on this. I can refer to my own situation and how my reasoning went six to eight months back in time.
My ED wasn’t complete. I still had sex. On a good day with a good dose of pills, I even had good sex. Basically there was nothing wrong with my dick in that moment. However, that was a good day. There were other days when it went soft within minutes.
And without pills it was absolutely worthless.
I did however have a VL diagnosed by two doctors, both labelling it as ‘huge’, and ‘too severe to be able to have sex’. Which apparently wasn’t 100% true since it worked great occasionally with pills.

Anyway, when I started to research the implant route, I caught myself going from skeptical to optimistic, and then almost getting to the point where I started to see this as some sort of way to make me superman. I would be a living sex-robot with super powers. I would be harder than a normal guy, I would last longer than a normal guy, I would never ever fail, come tired or drunk. Heck, why don’t everybody get implanted, even without ED!

But forget that. If that’s where you’re drifting off, which I think it is based on how you express a very glorified picture of being implanted, I’ll do what I can to crash you right back down on planet of reality again.
An implant is a prosthesis. The doctor will rip out whatever is inside those cavernosas. He’ll rip it out with pliers, and dilute it brutally with a stick. And he’ll insert a prosthesis in your dick. Which you’ll pump up with a pump he’ll place in your scrotum. You’ll have three balls and one of them will have silicone tubing to the prosthesis in your dick and to a plastic bag in your belly.
He’ll destroy every chance for the rest of your life to have spontaneous erections. Say goodbye to proper morning erections, you’ll never have them again.
And if you think your dick will look better, forget it. Best case it’ll look the same. Worst case it’ll look like shit. Probably it’ll look somewhat different to today, and probably not to the better. Smaller and oval are two fairly common results. A visible pump is another quite common imperfection. Girth gain is a possibility, but far from a guarantee. What you describe as an advantage – the larger flaccid – is to many the maybe biggest downside of an implant.
When you grab it to take a piss, you’ll feel the prosthesis inside it. So will your wife when she grabs it in the flaccid state, and she’ll feel your third ball in your scrotum when she gives you a proper blowjob. And she can’t start that blowjob on your surprised dick and blow it big.
And if you think your sex will be fantastic, I’d say think again. The Inflatable Penis Prosthesis doesn’t make you a better lover. It does one thing and one thing only. Your dick hard when you inflate it.
And if you still can get a rock hard natural erection, like I could before being implanted, then be prepared to realize that a rock hard prosthesis erection doesn’t beat a rock hard natural erection.
A rock hard implant erection does however beat no erection at all.

So that’s all it is. A prosthesis which you put in your dick to replace the lost ability of getting or maintaining an erection. Beyond that, there are no advantages.

So if your doctors don’t find anything wrong with your dick, make sure you find other doctors who turn every bloody stone before you let one rip out the inside of your dick and insert a prosthesis in it. That’s an irreversible treatment.
Psychological? Maybe worth seeing a therapeut to have that cleared.
Have you had all your hormone levels checked?
Are you a heavy drinker or smoker? Might be worth trying to skip that crap first.
Are you obese? Lose half your bodyweight first and see if you need a prosthesis in your dick later.

That’s my words. Up to you to decide whether they are words of wisdom or just the average bullshit.

I totally agree with Merrix and his excellent explanation of the "pros and cons of the prosthesis". I have an artificial aortic arch as well as an artificial aortic valve. I think of my heart as "mechanical" and I see my penis now with the implant as "mechanical." I had really no choice with the aneurysm nor the Peyronies. I wasn't going to contemplate or beat around the bush..

Don't jump into "the last frontier" Vagabond, until you can't perform with your natural dick.

Rod
Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.

Hey was in the same situation as you and I'm 30 years old

Don't do it....you can beat this...the implant is permanent and there is no going back

I will join Merrix in warning you to check your expectations. This is a serious procedure that, even when it goes off without a hitch, does one and one thing only. You will have a stiff, penetrating erection. No guarantees beyond that. It is possible that you will be smaller. You might experience lingering pain and soreness. It might feel awkward and unnatural. It will do nothing for your self esteem if you have deeper issues there. It won't fix any relationship problems you might have. Lots of guys are very happy with their implants, and I am happy for them. I want the best for everyone that struggles with ED. Maybe I'm pessimistic, but I'm trying to give you another side of the story. I'm not even talking about disastrous outcomes, like infection or undersizing of the device. You may end up disappointed if you expect too much. If you bring size hang ups and insecurities into getting this procedure, they will likely be exacerbated. Make sure you are doing this for the right reason, which is to gain the ability to maintain a penetrating erection. Do not do it because you expect that it will make you bigger, or a sexual superman. Do not do it because you want a quick fix for any emotional turmoil you may have gone through because of ED or anything else.

We let our emotions cloud our judgment when we want something to be true. We start getting ideas about how great things could be with ideal outcomes, and we forget that the reality of the situation is complex and often ambiguous. It becomes easy to filter out any information that doesn't fit what we've already determined to be true in accordance with what we desire. You desire a bigger penis, an erection that lasts longer, and an end to performance anxiety. Well, I can tell you that the only guarantee, if the surgery is successful, is a longer lasting erection. You erection will indeed last as long as you or anyone else wants. You could be asleep or dead and it will still perform its sole intended function. There is a chance that that erection may not be to your liking. It may be smaller, thinner, or shaped differently. It may feel off or odd or awkward in a way that mitigates the enjoyment you would otherwise experience from the improved functioning. And it most certainly sets you up to be entirely dependent on the the functioning of a mechanical device that will someday break down and need to be replaced. Now maybe you have surgery and get the dick of your dreams. Maybe it's bigger and harder and looks better than anything you had before. If so, I will be happy for you. Just don't deceive yourself about the full range of possibilities here. You may look back and wonder where your head really was.
