ED2013 and Charles thanks for the replies guys!
Yes i have had a venous leaked checked for with a doppler exam. It showed regular blood flow but my errection was still weak compared to how i used to get them. I no longer get night errections or spontanous errections. I know that this can lead to atrophy because if your penis doesnt "exercise" you start to lose length and girth. As it is i already lost plenty and i dont know why. i have shown doctors before and after pictures and they all give me the same confused look. I can post pictures if you guys want.
I want to try everything but i wouldnt want to experience atrophy. Do you guys know if with an implant your dick will atrophy overtime or actually get used to a larger flaccid state?
25 and impotent considering implant. HELP
Re: 25 and impotent considering implant. HELP
The classic case of "omg, i have penis problems i will get an implant and fix it all because implant = master race."
dude.... you have much to read. Much. And like others said, fully access your condition with a top notch urologist and hold your horses till then.
Plus who is to say you haven't "given yourself a sexual injury due to rough masturbation?"
And do post pictures please.

A Doppler test checks the blood inflow. A venous leak test will check for blood outflow. It's a completely seperate test.

Re: 25 and impotent considering implant. HELP
The girth is already better when fully pumped and the length is about half inch smaller. Remember I didn't have a normal erection for over 8 years and it will take me some time to stretch out again. When Dr. Kramer stretched before surgery, I was surprise to see the length I use to be. I have found the head to be more sensitive and have zero problem having an orgasm. Very intense and I am much harder then before. The guys aren't kidding when they say it is like being 16 again as my first wife for a joke hung a shirt with a coat hanger on my penis and can do it again when pumped. The glans do fill and sometimes it feels like the implant has not gone down and than determine it has but the blood into the penis is much much better than before the operation. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say I am at 8.5. The only reason I gave it that is length not back fully yet and when I pump to expand, some burning it present like a muscle burn. I control that by deflating a slight bit for sex. Still learning about release button but for that, it is the best decision I made. Should have done so many years ago so my late wife could have enjoyed as she loved sex and we would have been like rabbits.
If you find nothing can be done other than the implant, you have selected the best and he will always be there to help. Great team of people working with him. I think your girlfriend would support you as you are trying to make things better for both of you and to pleasure her even more. If you go to see Dr. Kramer, ask her to go so she will understand what you are going through for the both of you. My family is aware and even my sister has viewed "My Journey" on FrankTalk and praised me for having the courage to address this problem. Remember, this is a Medical Problem that deals with your sexual life and well being. I am no longer depressed about not having an erection and I feel so much better mentally.
Maybe you should discuss with her the situation and ask if she would like to view Franktalk. Feel free to have her view my post or write me if she wishes. I will answer anything I can. Good luck and here for you.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.
Re: 25 and impotent considering implant. HELP
Be very, very careful here. Do not rush into getting an implant because you feel desperate and inadequate. Do not make the mistake of thinking that an implant will magically erase your suffering. I'm going to give you advice that I myself didn't or couldn't follow, in the hopes that you'll come to a more rational decision about what to do with your body. First, give it more time, try all the pills in different combinations and doses. Try using a pump for rehabilitation purposes, read up on how to use one and where to get one, and go slow and be careful with it. There are two reasons you should give it more time: One, your condition may improve on its own, it's hard to say at this point. Two, you actually need to rebuild some esteem and happiness with yourself that is completely divorced from the functioning of your penis. You need to reach a place where you accept yourself for who you are, knowing that you are much more than an erection. If you can achieve some peace of mind, and your condition hasn't improved, then I would say in a year you should look at the implant more seriously.
I'm 29, and had ED my whole life. I let it destroy me psychologically. I could have sought counseling and made a stronger effort to feel okay about myself, but I always just thought that when my penis was fixed that I would become a new person. It didn't happen that way. I don't regret getting an implant, and I think things will work out for me, but I want to stress that there is a mental component to all of this regardless of the physical causes. Even though I waited for around 15 years to have this done, I still rushed it in a way, and made the decision in a pit of depression, thinking this would lift me out of it. Well, my dick stays hard now, but there are problems with it. Some of them are resolving, others will probably require surgical revision. Surgery is brutal, and maybe I'm weak, but it's best to avoid it if at all possible. Even in the best hands it's an operation that involves knocking you out with poison and slicing your penis open, bluntly creating space inside your corpora and shoving artificial material into your penis and scrotum, at which point you will be completely dependent on the mechanical functioning of a man made finite lifespan device for your sex life. You will need subsequent operations in the future, guaranteed. No one can guarantee that your size and shape will remain the same. You may think you're okay with losing some size, but you won't know for sure until it happens. Don't make a decision out of desperation in this moment. Doctors will be happy to strap you to the table and irrevocably alter your body, but that doesn't mean it needs to be done.

Re: 25 and impotent considering implant. HELP
@PF fracture Yes i do have an injury i know this for a fact. My penis would always have blood flow everyday i felt like i was half aroused just by seeing a pretty girl. now its constantly retracted, cold, and have lost length and girth. and trust me i in no way think that getting an implant is the best way to solve my problem. I am currently seeing a psychologists and im taking ED pills. The purpose of my post was to get information to see if anyone has got an implant for similar reasons/symtpoms as the ones im experiencing. there seem to be many people on franktalk with an implant but that have a diagnosed medical condition prior to surgery. I would assume this helps them more easily accept the fact that there is no other alternative and helps them deal with expectations more easily. Clab an Idnboy seem to have gone through what im going through but they BOTh had penis to spare in length and girth. I am only 5.5 erect and 4 girth so i dont really have much to spare with if do get the surgery.
Ed2013 Do you know what the test is called?

@Idnboy thanks for the reply man! i hurt myself too and thats whats messing me up even more psychologically. i wake up with morning erections sometimes but they feel very weak and hollow. i have very little sensativity and cant orgasm anymore. this is making me avoid sex even more because even when i do get a boner with meds i still cant really orgasm when i finish and this psychs me out alot.
i want to know if after your injury did your penis get retracted and/or did you lose any length and girth after you hurt yourself? ...for me i lost about 1 inch in girth and 1 inch in length. I feel like this has gotten worse over the last couple months and i also lost alot of elasticity. basically im experiencing what others online call the HARD FLACCID...i feel my tunica is constantly tight and its affecting my girth and length. Did you experience any of this?
