I got my implant 16 months ago and I pump daily.
I thought I had lost a 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch and wrote it off as excess length that the vacuum pump creates (not real just pulling it extra hard).
Starting about 4 months ago I started pumping till uncomfortable and holding it for about 30 minutes.
Well, I have gotten that half inch back.
I don't know if you should pump daily to maintain size or not. I do just in case it makes a difference

Total ED since a 6/2010 RPA. Pills and injections didn't work. 2nd revision with a Coloplast Titan (24CM w & 2CM RTEs)on 12/15/2022. 68 years old
