I had pumped up and after my shower I dried than all of a sudden the inflation was gone. Of course I thought the worse and it was because I had caused the release to be depressed while drying but didn't know. Was concerned something had broken but it was only me not understanding.

This shows how very different the devices can function in our bodies. Probably due to different brands, differences between different items of same brand and model, different installation.
In my case, it is 100% impossible to deflate by accident from drying with a towel. I could try with intent for hours and still totally impossible. I need to dig deep and press very, very hard to open the deflate valve.

But this is good info for people. It means there is a wide range of how things work, and differences from others doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong.

Had my surgery on March 2nd and today while pumping I can still feel the burn from my penis enlarging after the surgery. I was longer and thicker today then I have been in the past and very pleased with the size. At the six month point I will place two more photos showing my flaccid state and erect. I will continue to pump till I get the burn once a day and enjoy the increase in girth. After years of no erection I am very pleased and have a great recovery.

how long was it before you saw the doc for the first time after surgery? were you left partially inflated after surgery and did you gain any length on the first several inflations? what were you told to do while you waited at home until first doctor visit? thanks!!

Saw Dr. Kramer 30 days after surgery and was left about 20% inflated. Did pretty much what I wanted to. I had read some post where guys had trouble trying ejaculate and I did not. About two weeks out I wanted to see if I was going to so I did masturbate and all worked thank goodness.

Looks like they ae having issues with new site as photos last night would not add and all old photos as still gone. Not sure if they will return. If they don't I will try to located and repost.
Penis today is 5.25" and has increased 1/4" since surgery. Girth has increased more then length. Will try to post some additional photos after pumping more then 15 and if I can get an increase to show. If I pump more then 15 I will get the burn as penis stretches out and fills area of the interior I use to have. Pumped Thur. and had a real good inflation day as the burn set in and never thought about more photos.

Along the left side of the penis I feel a part of the implant and was able to feel below that part and found one of the lines. If anyone has questions, always here to try to answer. As most say here, find a top doctor and learn all you can. Watch all the videos you can and Dr. Kramer has a bunch. They will help you learn no matter what doctor you go to.

A few reason I chose Dr. Kramer - Videos, Able to email and get answer the same day I sent, able to speak with on phone, did not have to tape penis upright, no overnight in hospital bed unless I wanted, other doctor saw his surgery and said to "Watch his Hands" during the surgery, zero pressure to do anything, gave me option for AMS or Titan and explained why one over the other and so many other things I have forgotten.

Then go get the impact and enjoy.
