My wife of 28 years knows...but when several office mates asked me questions on why I had surgery, I told them it was another in a series of hernia surgery's that I have had over the years...this seemed to satisfy their curiosity and I spared myself from having to tell several of the ladies that I had turned my pecker into a bionic orgasm machine...LOL

Seriously, some people are just very nosy when it comes to trying to invade your privacy...

The only person who knows is my wife. I'm certainly not ashamed of it, but it's no one else's business.
As for someone considering an implant, I would also add that you should be absolutely sure of your decision because it is life-altering (in a great way for me), and be sure to seek out the very best surgeon, and there are a lot of great ones in every corner of this country.
