Funny, I am seeing my dick-doc on Friday for the same reason. The floppy head is just too annoying! Now I know why he placed it short... scar tissue up the wahzoo! I even had two post implant surgeries to remove more scar tissue. Good luck with your redo!

Diabetic: used pills & injections.
2 TURP surgeries caused Peyronie's. 1st implant lost to infection, 2nd one is about 5 years old. But "floppy head" due to all the scar tissue, couldn't get tips all the way up.

my first implant was scrotal and my second was infrapubic. difference was more in the skill (or lack of skill) of the surgeon....
