Hi Aven,

Just over three weeks now, pain only flairs up a couple of times a day now.

The issue I have with my scrotum is the pump is attached to a sack, tube attached to my left ball.
This causes discomfort when I use the pump.

Hoping in time it comes away from the pump with use.

Still get pain on the shaft of my penis a couple of times a day, like razor blades.

I'm supposed to keep it partially inflated until Thursday when I'm due to start cycling.
But started early as I cant keep it partially inflated when I go out.

Shape and size not happy with at the moment, hoping it improves when I start inflating at 100%

Only going to about 60 to 70% at the moment, hurts to much to go more.
Also because I need to let the sliding technique heal before I go higher.

Hopefully your pain will start to get better, the deference between even 5 days ago and now is like night and day.

Regards

Went back today for a checkup, not much to report.
Told to start cycling for the next two weeks, but not to fully pump.

Then I can cycle to the max, he wants me to go back in two months.

Had a couple of issues, but he didn't seen too interested in them.

The pump is stuck to the tubes on the left ball.
Says it should work itself free, but didn't go into what happens if it doesn't.

Also the tube from the pump to the reservoir go's by the bottom left side of my penis.
Its very obvious its there, its in a u shape, he dismissed it and said it wasn't a problem.

But I see an issue with it, as its bound to get sore with friction in sex, plus I'm sure the woman will notice it.

Going to have to give the issues the two months as there's not much else I can do at the moment.
If when I go back for my check up and they not improved, may have to try and get an another op to sort them out.

Size is a little bit over 6 inches at the moment, so not sure what size I would be without the sliding technique.

Did speak to the surgeon about the size, he said he had to be careful, as he didn't want to over stretch the penis and cut off the blood circulation to the head.

Said there may still be some swelling, but didn't give the impression that more size is fore coming.
He did say I wasn't fully pumped, but he wasn't saying he expects to see more size in a couple of months.

Was on a good day with Cialis 6.5 inches, so going to stop measuring for the next two months.
As I don't want to obsess over something I can't control.

Because of the risks and pain from the sliding technique was hoping to be about the 7 inch mark.
If in two months I'm still at the same size or not over 6.5, I will consider the sliding technique a failed success.

Going by other people implant sizes (mines 23cm) I doubt I get to the 7 inch mark.

I know some people are going to read this and think I'm obsessing to much over the size aspect of it.
But remember I lost size from two other operations to fix a curve to my penis.

Plus I put a lot of time with VED and stretching devises to regain that size.
So I went into an high risk operation to try and get that size back.
I was hoping for a more positive outcome.

The one good outcome I have to remember, is its cured most of my ED issues.

I still have soft glans, but apart from trying sclerothreapy which I can't afford at the moment.

There's not much else I can do about that, I will go give Cialis one more go to see if that helps.
But before the operation it didn't help my glans much.

I am trying to keep in mind in a couple of months I should be able to have sex again.
Which is the whole point of this procedure after all.

Thought I do an update.

Day to day pain is almost gone, still do get pain in the penis a couple of times a day.

Size hasn't changed much still at 6.5 inches pumped and 6 non pumped.

There's a left curve to the penis, am hopeful this will go in time.
But it is depressing its still there after three surgery's.

Started to pump to where I can't inflate any more.
Thought when inflating I get pain in the penis similar to discomfort when over pumping in a VED.
Not had this yet so not sure if I need to try and pump the device harder.

So not getting pain in the main shaft, but am getting pain and discomfort on the inner buried penis.
After 15 minutes or so I get a shooting pain down towards my anus, its a similar feeling as to when piles flare up.

I know I have a 23cm implant, with 5cm RTE's so not sure how much of the main implant is buried.

Don't know if the implant pushing the RTE'd downwards when I inflate.
Or if its the implant pushing outward's inside my body causing pain.

When I stand up inflated, the pain get's worse, also because the implant is attached to one of the tubes attached to my left ball this causes a lot of discomfort/pain.

The implant was implanted by degloving the penis, same as surgery for a curved penis.
So no scrotal incision during surgery.

This has left the tube going to the reservoir next to my penis, not happy about the placement of this.

At the moment because of the placement of the tube going to the reservoir and the fact the pump attached to the tube.
I'm thinking I'm going to push to get them fixed under a revision when I go back for my next check up.

I don't want any more surgery's, but I do want my penis to be as much as possible like a normal penis.
The tube pressed up by the side of my penis is a discomfort and is just poorly placed.

This implant is going to be in me for the next 10 plus years so don't want to compromise.

Your last post was both scary, sad and optimistic at the same time. I would say for you not to obsess at the size so much, but it's understandable given your choice of procedure and the expected outcome. Also, there is a pretty good chance you will get rid of the curve with the implant, so hang on there!!

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback and support, will keep updating if and when there's anything significant to report. :)

If anyone has any questions about the operation feel free to ask.

What I didn't report in my last update, is my penis is now more of flat shape than round when inflated.
I know from reading other posts, lots of men experience this.

In time with inflating does the penis return to a more round natural shape?

redbullmaster,
The oval shape you describe is common and it will stay that way ... you are now wider (girth) than you were before.

The discomfort you feel (max pumped) towards the backend ... this is from over inflating ... you should be able to burp the deflate button to relieve some of the pressure without completely deflating ...

It takes months (6) to obtain max pumped size ... it's best to pump until you start to feel that discomfort, wait a while and add a pump or two. If the glans (head) starts to feel cold ... use a hot towel or a heating pad.

Good Luck and Welcome to the Brotherhood!!

Maybe I have been over pumping, but I thought you needed too, to break up/ stop scar tissue forming?

Thanks for the tip for the cold glans, I have some hand warmers I can use.

Not sure I like the new oval shape, but not much I can do about it I guess.
I'm guessing the wider girth may be better for a woman during sex.
Even if the girth over all, is no bigger than before.

Thanks for your help
