I am 4 weeks into a Titan OTR . Pain gone. But pump is as hard as a rock. Any advice?.

Give it time, it will loosen up and get softer. Takes a different amount of time for each, but it will happen. And it will likely happen all of a sudden, like one time it will be hard as a rock, and the next time and from then on, it will be softer and easier to pump.

Take your time! I didn't even touch the pump until 8 weeks out. I needed appointments with the urologist where HE had to try inflating it as it was hard as a rock. Now a year later it works like a charm.

There is always a possibility that you may need some outside (urologist office) help. This $40,000.00 wonder of technology has its quirks.
