A little different experience here, my doc wanted to start cycling me at 9 days, but it was just too painful for me. As I've mentioned before, I thought I was going to levitate off the exam table and go through the ceiling. So they postponed it a week, and began cycling at 16 days. Started then and have been going ever since!

Compared to my experience your way ahead of me. I was told not to cycle until my follow up with the Dr. at 6 weeks. I should add here that what I am told and what I do are two different things. I was cycling at 4 weeks.
Congrats on your new "toy".

Dr. Kramer is having me cycle at 4 weeks.

Personally, when it comes to surgery I always follow the doctor's orders. I've had hemorrhoid surgery twice (not a fun recovery). I've had vocal cord surgery where they put implants behind my vocal cords to restore my speaking voice. I've had tooth surgery, extractions. I always do what the doctor says and I stay out of trouble that way.

Now, I disagree with your doctor about cycling at 9 days. I wouldn't want to cycle yet and I'm at 13 days and still have some tenderness inside where the tubes and deflate valve are.

My surgery was done by the world class surgeon and I had NO swelling after the surgery. I had been told by guys on this board that my scrotum would swell up like a grapefruit. It just didn't happen and Dr. Kramer said it wouldn't. He obviously knows what he's doing since he does 300 implants per year. He did 5 the day of my surgery.

I just happen to have done some research on early recycling. There was a study done. They concluded that "In summary, our data suggests that the early activation of IPPs, despite being beneficial for restrictive capsule prevention, may not be possible due to pain in the majority of cases." http://ispub.com/IJU/9/4/14361

So, my vote is 4 weeks!!!!!

My Dr said 3 weeks but I started at 10 days. Told the Dr and he was OK with that. But a lot of the swelling was down and there was very little pain. Also I didn't inflate over maybe half. Didn't push it at all.
