Male vs Female satisfaction

Postby Nocturne » Sun Oct 30, 2016 9:07 am

I have read that 90% of men are satisfied with the results of their implant operations, while only 70% of their female partners are. Does anyone know the reason for this discrepancy?

My guess is that at least some of it comes from the woman's loss of being able to feel sexy because she "made her man hard". Because anyone could squeeze his pump and make him hard.

Although prior to ED, it is likely that any woman fondling his junk would also have gotten him hard... ;)
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

I would love to hear from a woman who was unsatisfied with her partners implant. Or from someone who had the implant and whose wife girlfriend or wife wasn't happy with it. I can't see how the survey didn't come back with 100% satisfied.
Going with AMS in nov 2016. Provider is Coastal Urology Assoc, Brick, NJ, Dr. Kevin T. Gioia

What I'm wondering is if the dissatisfaction is primarily due to physical reasons ("the glans doesn't feel right") or psychological ones ("he never gets hard from me kissing/fondling/sucking him alone").

Or something else, like "I was so glad sex was over, now it's back like a bad penny." :|

There is likely more of the latter than you'd think.

Thankfully, my wife is NOT in that category -- although by the time I really need an implant she will have gone through menopause, so who knows?

I'm 63 in January and my wife of 44 years will be 62 in March and we were 'very active' before the implant. I used a VED (two tension rings) but my glans was very tight and hard and not pleasant at entry. :( Now with the implant, it's firm but not hard. I'm sure she'll be 'very satisfied'. 8-) She was! 8-)

well, good for you and congrats. by the way, I've been thinking to make such an implant, thanks to your comment I am quite sure I will as it seems that Sildenafil alone isn't enough.

Theming75,
Please note that with any surgery (especially an implant) there is risk, especially if there are other concerns ie general health, previous surgeries, scarring from trauma or injections. :( A superior surgeon will take any concerns in mind and provide you with best results. :) I have absolutely no regrets concerning my implant. Best of luck to you. No questions are off base.
