I forgot to mention that Dr. Pollifrone said it was important to fully deflate, especially during the first year because the reservoir would develop tissue around it and if not kept full of fluid, the tissue surrounding it would not allow a full deflation happen because the surrounding tissue would limit or restrict the reservoir size.
