AMS CX and Length Question

Just had the AMS CX implanted. Will the CX inflate in length at all? I hear some men say it will and others say it will not grow in length. 5 weeks post op my flaccid length is about the same as when I inflate it...disappointed so far. But I have just started cycling? Your thoughts please? thanks!

I was Implanted in January 2016 , with AMS Cx and my implant does grow in length .I'n the beginning I thought the same thing my flaccid length was the same as inflated. Now 7mos post op it will inflate about 1.5 in over the flaccid length. I inflate 1 to 2 times per day for about 1hour. And my girth has increased as well over day 1 after surgery .I have always been a grower not a shower, And still am a grower. I THOUGHT to doc was going to install the lgx model cause of that but doc put in the Cx model he said that would be best for my situation seems to work well and does grow in length. I believe it's just part of the healing process, as these implants don't pump up like a flat bicycle tires .You would think for the price they would .Happy pumping best of luck with your new toy.

I have the LGX model for both of my implants but found out after the second one that inflating twice a day my length and girth have both expanded by what I consider a large amount. I am well pleased with the LGX

I think the AMS 700 CX MS helps you keep what ya already got but doesn't add length. My flaccid (5.5) does grow to 7 erect but I was already 7. I hope to see some increase in girth (now 5). Hoping for .5 more eventually.

I met with Dr. Knoll this morning and I've read up on the CX. It doesn't lengthen, but he minimized the lengthening abilities of the LGX. Sort of like it's not a major difference. He said the CX is better for guys with Peyronies and the LGX is not as good for that.

I think the deal is that it just takes 6 months to a year for the little bugger to get his length back. Anything that would make a dick longer would have to hurt, it seems to me.

So Donnie when I look at your signature and cylinder lengths and rte and do the conversion for 7" is it fair to say my doc estimates me to be 8" since he installed 21 centimeter cylinders for me?!?!

What did you measure pre-implant. Dr. told me I should get my pre-implant length because I pumped for 2+ years. (pumped to a good 7) No atrophy, curvature or shrinkage. I was told to figure 2/3 of the full implant for visible length. Which would be 6.2 but measured from pubic bone is 7. Only 6 inches get 'in'. My wife is quiet happy.

Nothing scientific me and my last girl measured it at 6" she was happy but that was 3 years ago I just wonder why my doc put such long cylinders in?! The doc never did a test on prior to the surgery.. He says I had a nice full erection the day of surgery... I'm coming along fine and have no complaints my doc is not as talkative as some of these others I hear about... I even felt the momentary squeeze release button today not messing around with it to much shaft still aches from time to time...

The length of the cylinders and the 2/3 estimate on penile length is TOTALLY an estimate, and not to be taken literally. As much as half of the length of the cylinders can be buried inside the body....in some cases even more. So that is just an estimate of what to expect. I have 22 cm cylinders with no RTE's. Using that equation, 22 cm = 8.666 in / .666 = 5.71 inches of penis. I have about 5.25" at best, so you cannot use that guide as 'gospel'. Take it for what it is, just an "estimate" and nothing more.
