As I pump I can see and fell the penis expand and lengthen. I usually don't try at this point to push it so hard that all the foreskin is back, but I can see the head expand out of the foreskin so I know it is lengthening.

How do I know when to stop? When inflated, I can hardly press the bulb anymore. Some have compared it to a marble. If I really crunch it, I can get a little more inflation, but it is very hard to squeeze at that point. That's how you would know, the pump gets hard.

Jonbald, thanks... wow... i must be doin something wrong b/c i don't see the expansion & lengthening you're referring to. I think I may have come across the guidance in AMS's instructions... which say "When starting to inflate, fully depress the inflation bulb and hold it for 3-4 seconds after it is depressed." When I depress, i generally don't feel much depression, so maybe like Alibaba was describing, I need to do the really hard pumps to break the device in. Thanks.

Lenny1965 wrote:Thanks for everyones help. The tip of my penis is sore. So I'm not pumping anymore today. I may try tomorrow. Could I ask 2 questions: #1 - what's a "diamonds erection?" And #2 - If i'm 4.75" flaccid, what should i be rigid? Thanks.

LOL A hard AS diamonds erection. Diamonds are the hardest known natural mineral on earth. They use diamonds to cut glass and to drill deep into solid rock. Sooo, I figure at 200 pumps your erections should be about that hard. Seriously, 200 pumps is an
extreme amount and if you are not getting a very hard erection something isn't right.

As for question number 2, what model of AMS 700 do you have. The 700 LGX is the only one that is supposed to increase in length, by approx 20%. The other models eg the CX are more like the Titan. They increase in girth but are not designed to increase in length (although some say that their Titans do) My LGX does increase my penis length about that much when pumped up and goes back to it's flaccid length when deflated.

BTW, can you feel the pop of the valve opening when you do the first pump? It is very distinctive. Perhaps your valve is stuck part way open (or closed depending on how you want to look at it) and you are pumping saline into the cylinders and some of it is just draining back out.

I just have to give mine a moderate squeeze now and I get the "pop." After that, 15 moderate squeezes and I have a good erection. I can push another 5-10 and stretch a little more but the pump is hard to squeeze, nearly impossible at that point. As I mentioned earlier, it has helped for me to keep my left hand, which holds everything in place while my right-hand pumps, off the deflate button, even the edge of the deflate button. That made a big difference for me.
