Evening guys,

I have had the implant 10 months ago. Everything is ok but the size was reduced around 2 cm and I don't seem to get my old size again. Anyway that's not my problem. My problem is that while having sex I was aroused but it seems it is taking forever. I couldn't finish through normal intercourse. I had to always finish myself by masturbation. Anyone experienced this issue ? And was it solved ?

P.S: I only had 2 partners for a short period. So I don't have that big experience.

Try masturbating for a while before you attempt intercoarse.
Just until you are nearing climax.

I have to do that since my wife seems to not go too long at one time.
I know, that's not how women are supposed to be.

I actually have improved sensitivity since getting the implant, something I never expected. I've had problems with anorgasmia for several years. In addition to Cialis or the injections, I have had to take an herbal supplement to orgasm. The drugs would get me hard, but I couldn't climax.

Since the implant, I come closer to climaxing than before. I still need the herbal, but I need less of it and that's good because I don't like its side effects.

It wasn't a question of soreness. It just seemed like if I had it too tight it was difficult to relax enough to ejaculate.

I find that if I have it pumped to the extreme, the implant compresses the surrounding tissues & puts enough pressure on the nerves to reduce sensitivity. This in turn delays or prevents orgasam.

However, I also find that for me, this issue reduces over time (2 years). I think this is because my tissue has expanded to a point where max inflation isn't putting as much pressure on the nerves and other tissues anymore.
