Congrats!!!

You're in great hands with Kramer.

My wife and I stayed at the Royal Sonesta in Baltimore. It was great being able to order room service when she didn't feel like going out and getting food.
Also, I'd definitely spring for first class on the flight back if you can. I'm 6'5 and needed every inch of the first class leg room coming home the Saturday after surgery.

You and me both! It is very sad the number of people who have contacted me with similar issues by Milam. I wish he would quit doing implants. For those who have contacted me, I have a file of your contacts and as you have requested, will let you know how the repair goes in hopes you can get yours repaired too. Cheers guys.

We discussed first class. I really wanted FC for the return trip but the program would not let me book it that way w/o a separate booking each way. Should have anyway even though it was $400 more. I originally had priced it and out bound from St. Louis to Baltimore non stop was $47 for 1 person, $168 for second in economy, then went back to price for 2 plus senior discount for my wife ( 1 am 2 years too young, cut off is 61). Senior discount was a lot higher! Went back again w/o senior discount and then no more non stops were available. Could not even get seats in the same section unless we took midnight flights. Is what it is. Booked and ready. Talked to Kramer today. On way to get labs and EKG. Cheers. d

Glad to hear that Alibaba!

Of course wishing you all the best of luck. Still grateful for the support and positive encouragement I got from you during my weeks post op.

You know a hundred times more about this now after all you've been through, so advice giving is not easy. But if I would try, and this is based on how I know you, I'd say this:

Keep expectations reasonable.
High, but reasonable. A top doc like Kramer should be able to fix your issues which are not working properly today, e.g. the visible, painful tubing. He should be able to size you correctly and fix the floppy head. But - he's no magician. If your dick has shrinked during this last year, he won't be able to grow it. If you come out of surgery with cylinders all the way up 2/3 into your glans, then he's done all he could. And then you've got to accept whatever size that leaves you with.

Be patient.
After exchanging posts and PMs here for a year, I have got to know you as a curious, knowledge seeking, and inventive person. That's good. But sometimes, a hands-off, patient, trust-the-doc approach is better. If Kramer says hands off and wait - then keep your hands off and wait. Don't try to outsmart him. There is no need for that. He is smart already. And he's seen it all. Trust him.

Got to log off now, flight about to take off. Take care of yourself, come well prepared physically and mentally.

All the best, good luck. You deserve it.

Thank you sir. Well stated as usual. No need to worry about me trying to outsmart him. Kramer is a smart man. I am in my best element with smart men that I can use as a sounding board to bounce my thoughts off of and them to me. Hopefully we won't end up like Dr. Parks and I. A few office visits back it was 11pm when we left the office. Chad said a couple weeks ago it was more like midnight. Little did I know, he still had people in the waiting room and we had talked 10 hours. Dr. Kramer and I had 2 long conversations again today and we are precisely on the same page. I am Stoked. Excited. He was clear what he thought he could do and what he might not but he will work on it. All in the realm of what I would call reasonable. As I thought, most of the issues are specific to infrapubic. It just seems I may have everything that could go wrong thrown together in one dick. I appreciate your support. Hope life is still going well. Costs involved doing this but if the mood I am presently in is the return on the investment it is well worth the price. Cheers bud. d P.M.'d you have a safe flight.

Wife was a wreck first time around though she has always been every surgery. She was a wreck last night but better mood now from hearing from the doctor.
I was in a peaceful state last surgery knowing it was scheduled and was more at ease with it every day to the surgery ( except the day before with MaryAnn when she argued there is no such thing as a rear tip extender). Should have cancelled it then.

I am in a spectacular mood now. Don't worry bud. It will get better every day, then it will suck and you wonder why you did it, then suddenly all will be great again. Look ahead. Great comes on you so fast you wonder if you missed a stop sign somewhere. Cheers buddy. 6 days! Time flys!
