I noticed you had 2 turips.. I had one about 5 yrs ago. After about a year I developed a bladder neck contracture and require frequent bladder neck surgeries. With frequent self-catheterization using SpeediCaths by Coloplast for over year I have not needed surgeries. Last office visit the bladder neck moved off center so the scope almost missed it. The scope could not inspect my bladder. My catheters are flexible.

I use Trimix but a successful implant would be more desirable except for my age 76 with serious balance and vestibular problems caused by peripheral neuropathy.

Have you looked into vestibular rehabilitation with a specialized physical therapist, to improve your balance and reduce any dizziness related problems. A physical therapist may be able to designed an exercise-based program to help you.

I can tell you that if you are interested in sex and you are physically able to have surgery a penile implant is great. You penis will be like you were twenty years old after you get an implant. I have had really good luck with the TURP's. I had one at age 50 and the other at age 57. My prostate really grows fast so the TURP was my best option. If you have any other questions let me know.

2 TURPS developed penile neuropathy. Experienced moderate ED I could get erections but could not always keep them. Very happy with implant.

Here are some additional pictures of my implant inflated 100%. As you can see, I'm rock hard and it looks and feels like my penis in my twenties.

This is an additional flaccid view of my penis. This is about as small as I can get it to deflate.
