Why did your second implant fail after such a short time?
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).

Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

I can truly say that sex is better with my implant than it has been my entire life.

I think that every guy should get one for a gift from their wife/gf/etc. on their 40th birthday.

No idea yet as to why.... I may have "overused" it, but I kinda doubt it. Surgery is tomorrow.... May know when it's out.... Good luck to you tomorrow too Alibaba......

lewisbl, that's a fine looking weapon. It also looks like an adult circumcision. Is it? If so, are you glad you did it? Some of the guys here are psycho touchy about circumcision, so if you want to reply by PM, that's fine.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Dave,

Thank you! I was in my early twenties when I was circumcised. I had to get it done my fore skin was splitting when I got an erection very painful. After getting it done I got another erection and bust all the stitches. The doctor told me it will heal but I had blood under the skin.

Thank you! I am looking for a second opinion so if she want to ride I am okay with it. LOL! My wife gave me permission just as long as I don't tell her. I did lose some length and girth from the implant. My wife told me I did but she was glad it was hard again.
