Had My Blow underpants on which have about 2 1/2" wide elastic on them bending it fairly close, sweats pulled high, t shirt hanging over and sweatshirt hanging over. Pre passed through some screening but in Baltimore at the walk through scanner the gal was grinning as you noted. No hiding it there. It was sticking out and I stopped and turned to look at my wife trying to figure out what I was missing that she found amusing, then caught it and grabbed my jacket off the xray and draped it in front again. As soon as I was through screening it was carry my coat hanging over it. On both flights I pulled my shorts and sweats front down under my balls and threw my coat over my lap to tent over it so it did not have pressure on it. We were seated in 2 wide with me by window. On the car ride home laid down seat with a paper towel thrown over and pants waist pulled down below balls where nothing was in a bind. Did not want to cause a wreck. wife took constant peeks. Told my if it is there to see you better believe I'm going to look. I think Dr. Kramer said last night that I am somewhere around 50-65% inflated. It looks to me like I am going to get back the full length I had prior to the Milam job which was 7 1/4"

Sweats pulled up like a freak was a perfect description. If they were not high enough they pushed down on your dick. Walk to airport bathrooms dressed like that were a new adventure. At least sitting you could hide it.

It's interesting- I remember your botched and preoperative pictures as well, it was bent to all hell. Now, it's extremely straight, and I can see the bruising all along the right side, and saw your surgeon absolutely taking care of that in your surgery video- totally went right at the heart of the issue and addressed it head on. That bruising is all that's left of that nasty curve- Dr. Kramer fixed that penis and all that's left is a line of bruising. Pretty cool stuff. I can't imagine this is going to help Milam very much.

If I was you Alibaba, being the way I am, I just don't think I could avoid contacting Dr. Milam and telling him about the revision. Sending pictures. Sending a link to the Youtube video from your revision surgery. Just asking him for a comment.

I think failure is one thing. Even the best can fail and make a mistake. That's just how it is in life. Any surgery can always go wrong, even if performed by the best surgeon. But not accepting the mistakes, not taking responsibility for them, and even refusing to admitting to them - that's not acceptable.
On the other hand, when it comes to failure, and even the best making them, there is a difference in random and systematic failure. Putting in cylinders that are so short that the penis can bent backwards is just not a mistake. It is proof of a faulty process. There should be controls in place to avoid it. How about something as simple as pumping up the implant during surgery to check that it is ok? Either his process sucks and he didn't even do this. Or he did and found the problem and just chose to ignore it.
Either or, it still goes beyond the kind of mistake even the best can make.

Keep healing.
And to all: Stay away from Dr. Milam. It is proven he is incompetent and not willing to accept or correct his mistakes. A cheat. A fake

@merrix: it would be awesome, but I doubt he will answer the emails. If he didn't cared during surgery... Why would he now? What Alibaba could do is attempt a lawsuit. He's got evidence,pretty clear evidence of malpractice and if could at least aim for the cost of the new implant?

I would probably do what Merrix recommended but I would forget about a lawsuit. That might cost Alibaba a lot of time, nerves, even money and didn't pay his insurance everything except a relatively small amount? He must heal now and give his wife the thrill of her life.

No lawsuit? Maybe true, but there's one thing out there... Alibaba went to Kramer, which means there exists, somewhere on a laptop in Baltimore, a high definition video of this entire surgery, the removal and the repair and the replacement, and there exists today something that's probably never been in a courtroom before. I don't know if Kramer gives it up, maybe he posts his edited version (he's a classy guy, doesn't seem like he's into lawsuits or blame), but let's admit, he's got this high def proof somewhere, which honestly would do wonders for proving anything he wants.

You stated it very well. If you need a revision, research well who to do it. A half dozen Milams would still not fixed this.Find the best. Evidence based. Don't take just the word of a few posts. Don't wait if you need one. The longer you wait the less chance all issues can be fixed. Don't despair if some half assed corner grease monkey f'ckd up your dick. There is hope for a repair. From what I read in here, it seems to be that while there are several doctors that do the initial implant successfully, only a few can successfully redo an implant improperly done by someone else. (I guess there are sub-specialities within this implant speciality field.)
