I haven't used mine yet, but I'm still just as horny.
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).

Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

i am more horny than before, though, I was pretty darn horny before. I would say before implant, I thought or fantasized or schemed about sex every five minutes; now, probably every four minutes, and with every single female I encounter, while before, thoughts were with every other female I encountered......

Same experience here. My wife loves it and because I have more confidence that I will be erect when she is in the mood my sex drive is much higher.
It is tappering off some now after 2 years.

ED since 1995. Viagra then switched to Cialis. Both quit working.
