I am 22 years old with a venous leak seen through several ecodoppler, I am seeing with my urologist what the implant does for some time and another andrologist suggested that I first try the ligature, what worries me is that because the scarring is shortened Penis, assuming that the ligature fails, would have to go through the implant, so that would be at least two shortenings, I do not think it is good. Anyone who has had this operation had a shortening of their penis? Could someone give me information about the operation ?.
Forgive my English, it is not my mother tongue, I make efforts to make myself understood!
Blessings for all!

You do not necessarily have to lose length with the implant.
Go to a world class surgeon like Dr. Kramer.
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).
Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

I understand that the glans does not change in size with the hydraulic erection, as there is not going to be a reduction of size ?. Anyway I wanted to know about experiences of venous ligations!

Re: Shortening of the penis by venous ligation?
Yes there is a possibility of losing length with ligation surgery. I was offered it years ago. I was told that the cuts would be in the part of the penis buried in the body. As it heals, the penis tends to retract inward. There are stretches you can do after surgery to help keep length. After researching, I discovered that some patients did in fact lose length and the results are hit or miss . Most reported improvement that was temporary. I sent the surgeon some questions in writing over email. His answers basically confirmed my research. I did not get ligation and went for an implant. I'm happy. If the implant is done right, you won't lose size. (Barring scarring and or peyronies)

Re: Shortening of the penis by venous ligation?
Due to soft glans issue I have, I'm to have venous ligation surgery tomorrow.
Not overly confidant if it will work, but figure I got nothing to lose if it doesn't.
Didn't know you could loss size, but as I'm already implanted not sure if my penis can retract.
Also guessing its only going to be the dorsal vein done, as its only the head I need hard as the implant takes care of the rest.
I give an up date in my implant log in a couple of weeks

Been a bit lapse in updating it, but there's not much more to report at the moment.

Redbull is your glans full in any moment? Maybe when you are near to orgasm?
I read here with the sclerotherapy people have a fuller glans, and they take the deep dorsal vein then i imagine with ligature could be similar i guest.
Injury that caused venous leak.

My glans and whole penis gets bigger just before orgasm.
Also more fuller if I'm standing up, rather than lying down.
I would risk Sclerotherapy based on merrix experience, but just cant afford it at the moment.
Lucky I can get this free on the NHS, so hoping for similar results as merrix got from Sclerotherapy.
If it works I'm aware it may only last for a couple of years, but by then may be able to afford Sclerotherapy.
Or maybe I look in to glans enlargement injections.

Very interesting. You're the first case I've heard of someone getting ligation surgery after having an implant.

Thanks for the reply redbull
When you say injections for glans You mean hyauloronic acid?
How it works?
