Implant QA about ejaculate and having children

Hey all -

I am considering having an implant because I am sick of eratic erections (innability, unreliability, pills, etc.). The thing is I am 31 yrs old and would really like to one day have a family. So, my questions are about this

1- How is your ejaculate with an implant. Is it still as it was before and when you ejaculate does your piece 'throb'/ does it shoot out like before ?

2- Has anyone on here gone from having an implant as a single man to dating an attractive young woman to having a family/kids with her?

These questions are really in the spirit of figuring out if I should pursue a long term relationship and family with my weak erections/significant ED or should I pursue it with an implant. I think healthly sperm is super important. Really want to hear stories from single people who got an impant and from there had successful long term relationships and kids, if they are out there

I'm approx. 9 1/2 weeks post implant.......

My climax/ejaculation has not at all decreased....as a matter of fact, I'm more sensitive and seem to produce a little more semen then when I did not have an implant....

With regard to throbbing.....no, I don't have the blood throb that I had with Viagra or when I did not have ED.....I can certainly feel the contraction in my penis when I clench the kegel muscles.....

As a geezer, I don't know if my tadpoles are still capable of swimming up stream but the only way the implant affects them is.....well, let me put it this way......my tadpoles are like like packages (ordered from Amazon) and my implant is like the Fed-X truck......so yes, I still get deliveries.......but as far as "shooting".....when I was much younger I was able to hit the drapes.....in older age, I can only hit the coffee table or a nearby ottoman......
