One local surgeon commonly leaves his patients inflated post-oo at 80%. One famous surgeon typicalky leaves his patients inflated at 20%. Obviously others will fall in between those two extremes, and maybe some even outside that range. Of course, post-op protocols and pre-op conditions are major factors influencing the decision,

I was at 60%. I would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't in so much pain.
Had a large jockstrap with a lot of tissue paper and even larger sweatpants, but still looked like I had a serious erection.

Oh; last question. My doctor never shared anything about the logic for the 60% inflation but the consensus was that it was better to take care of the healing in the cylinders (penis) than in the reservoir (abdomen). It worked out well for me.
